Getting Settled in Nice, France

After a few months in our new apartment and city, Nik, Koval the dog, and I are finally feeling settled in Nice.

It wasn't until late 2023 where we gave serious thought about moving to Nice and to use The Adrian Leeds Group to help find an apartment.

The final stop on our 10-day road trip before returning to Barcelona was in Bordeaux, France, a short drive from Biarritz.

Nik, Koval and I hit the road to cross over the Spain/France border into the French Basque Country coastal town of Biarritz.

We were excited for a return to visit to San Sebastián during a different time of a year and to stay at the luxurious Hotel Maria Cristina.

Trying to fit in one last trip before the end of 2024, we decided on a roadtrip with Koval through four cities. Bilbao was the first stop.

Our experience staying at Canfranc Estación, a Royal Hideaway Hotel, an upscale hotel built in an old abandoned Spanish railway station.

Nik and I wanted to take more trips within Spain to visit new cities which is how we ended up spending two days visiting Zaragoza.

In a four day visit, I learned so much about Budapest's Jewish history and encourage anyone visiting to not overlook it.

From the moment we landed and had our first meal, Nik and I knew we would have some of the best food in Budapest.
